Job Description
Advise MSC and its subsidiaries globally on cross-jurisdictional data protection matters Monitor regulatory developments, assess business impact, and proactively report potential legal risks to Management and the Group General Counsel Draft, review, and negotiate data protection agreements Review and oversee MSC’s data protection governance framework (global standards, policies, procedures) Advise on international data transfers, including regulatory requirements, and transfer mechanisms Provide legal support for digital initiatives, including artificial intelligence and cybersecurity projects Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure legal compliance Coordinate with external legal counsels, as needed Conduct internal training and awareness sessions on data protection and confidentiality
