Job Purpose

 

The Senior Growth Lead for Single Tooth Solutions at Straumann is accountable for defining and driving the strategic direction and commercial success of the Straumann Single Tooth Indication area. This role ensures that the indication area delivers sustainable growth through clear business cases, differentiated value propositions, and effective go-to-market (GTM) execution. Within this framework, a key responsibility is the successful commercialization of end-to-end clinical workflows. 
The position holder can also contribute or temporarily lead initiatives related to other indications (Fixed Full Arch, Removable Full Arch).

 

 

Main Tasks and Responsibilities 

 

  1. Own the indication growth plan and business case, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and portfolio strategy (Business Book).
  2. Ensure alignment on business goals and indication growth plan priorities across IBU, CCS, and regions.
  3. Translate market and customer insights into actionable strategies that strengthen Straumann’s competitive position and long-term success.
  4. Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and channel mix, to increase customer value and NCA.
  5. Lead launch excellence planning and execution: commercial readiness deliverables as defined in Launch Process.
  6. Develop and oversee commercial deliverables: claims and value proposition (in collaboration with Clinical Workflows Team and Development PM Team), branding, and communication strategy (in coordination with SDIS Marketing and Global MarCom), marketing assets, campaigns, sales tools, training decks.
  7. Plan and execute brand medical marketing strategies, integrating scientific evidence, clinical studies, and KOL input.
  8. Ensure alignment of the roadmap with business objectives and manage portfolio coherence within the indication area, including lifecycle management.
  9. Maximize revenues and profitability of in-market products.
  10. Ensure alignment between global and regional teams through clear targets, roles, and performance tracking mechanisms.
  11. Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and the dental community to foster advocacy and clinical credibility.

 

 

Requirements needed


• A degree in marketing, business, engineering or related fields. 
• At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, product management, or a similar roles, preferably in the healthcare or dental sector.
• Experience with complex launches on a global scale.
• Commercial acumen.
• Deep understanding of implant dentistry customer behavior, needs, and preferences.
• Data-driven mindset and excellent analytical, with the ability to measure and report on key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations.
• Strong sense of ownership.
• Capability to align a broad range of stakeholders around a common vision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
