The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role. As a Sales Representative / Territory Manager, you will act as a strategic growth partner to your customers—combining commercial expertise, digital innovation, and industry insight to transform how healthcare and dental businesses operate.

Your Mission
Own and grow your territory like a business. Identify untapped opportunities, win new customers, and expand existing partnerships by delivering high-value, solution-driven sales across a cutting-edge portfolio of products and digital solutions.

4. Lead with Expertise & Innovation
- Educate and inspire customers through impactful presentations, demos, and events.

Who You Are (Candidate Profile)
- Proven success in field-based sales, with experience in a target-driven, customer-facing role.
- Background in dental, digital sales, healthcare, or medical devices strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled in consultative, solution-based selling within complex or technical environments.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to understand and influence customer business outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, and highly self-motivated—comfortable managing a territory autonomously.
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
