As a Care Delivery Agile Product Management Advisor, you will shape the future of care delivery by defining product vision, driving execution, and delivering solutions that improve outcomes for patients, providers, and the business.

You will collaborate across business, technology, and design to turn complex needs into scalable, high-impact products—owning the roadmap from idea to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product roadmap, aligning business goals with technology solutions to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Partner with business stakeholders, IT, design, and engineering teams to define product vision and execution strategy
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on value, risk, dependencies, and learning opportunities
  • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to ensure consistent delivery
  • Analyze product performance using KPIs and ROI metrics; adjust strategy to optimize results and user experience
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and subject matter experts
  • Ensure successful delivery of multi-channel initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned to business needs
  • Champion a customer-focused mindset, ensuring products meet evolving user needs and industry standards

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product ownership, care delivery, or related healthcare technology roles
  • Strong experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing across multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including user story and acceptance criteria development
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly communication
  • Experience analyzing product performance and driving improvements based on data and user insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business, engineering, and design teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management platforms
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with EMR systems (Epic strongly preferred)
  • Background in healthcare, care delivery, or clinical systems
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs and OKRs at a product or organizational level
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and product strategy
  • Experience leading or contributing to large-scale, multi-channel product implementations
