LOCATION: Creed Collins Elementary School

EMPLOYMENT TERM: 2026-2027 School Year, 210 days
7:30 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. (times may vary)

CERTIFICATIONS: WV Teacher's Certification in Elementary Education; LETRS trained or currently enrolled at the time of application; Master's degree preferred; Coaching experience preferred; Minimum of five (5) successful years of K-5 teaching experience required; Ability to attend mandatory position training July 20-22, 2026, in Charleston; Experience with 95% Group and DIBELS; Experience facilitating student-centered coaching cycles; Experience with school-level data collection and accountability for grant reporting; Experience in supporting adult learners.

SALARY: Determined from certification and experience based on state and county salary scales https://www.ritchieschools.com/page/salary-charts; This position is funded through the WVImpact+ state grant initiative and is contingent upon continued funding availability.
