Possible Tasks within this Role
Client Management: Scheduling and reception of clients; intake, processing, and case management related to loss events (partial losses, total losses, theft, misappropriation) concerning financed assets.
Claims Authorization: Issuing approvals for payouts related to loss events.
Insurance Review: Submitting objections to insurance calculations and related matters.
Claims Processing: Systematic handling of loss events, preparation of supporting documentation, and archiving.
Stakeholder Coordination: Cooperation with dealer service centers, insurance companies, and clients.
Qualification requirements
Education: Minimum VI level of professional education with an economics background.
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in insurance and claims-related roles.
Language Skills: Active knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
IT Skills: Proficient use of MS Office applications.
