A successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service to multiple homeowners’ associations. This is a full-time, non-exempt, in-office position based in Stockton, CA, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Pay range is $20–$22/hour; direct experience is strongly preferred.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Resolve inbound calls and respond to email correspondence with professionalism and a customer-first approach
- Coordinate and monitor work orders for community maintenance and repairs, ensuring accurate tracking and proactive follow up.
- Track and manage architectural applications submitted by homeowners
- Manage building key/gate remote distributions
- Prepare reports, bid documentation and other material.
- Compose and type routine correspondence to residents, service providers and other parties
- Type, distribute, and track monthly violation letters
- Respond to inquiries and requests from residents, realtors, mortgage lenders, title companies and owners regarding resale information, insurance matters and miscellaneous requests other than financial matters.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication Bilingual is a plus+
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Adept in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, CRM Software & SharePoint
- A professional phone presence and the ability to handle complex interpersonal dynamics and respond to client needs
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Operates with a high level of autonomy while maintaining a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Experience with an HOA management company, property management, real estate or escrow services +
- Be able to provide proof of a valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance
