Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage end‑to‑end project logistics for global and local clients Plan and execute export/import operations, including heavy‑lift and oversized cargo Conduct route surveys, feasibility studies, budgeting, and risk assessments Lead relationship with carriers, suppliers, subcontractors and terminals Supervise loading, discharging, and on‑site operations at ports and job sites Serve as the primary client contact regarding operations, handling communication and escalations Prepare and participate in RFQs, RFIs, tenders, and commercial proposals Handle cost calculations, invoicing, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with QHSES (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment Security) standards Maintain accurate documentation and project tracking Lead and mentor team members, supporting cross‑department coordination Travel to job sites for operational oversight and client meetings Conduct negotiations with carriers, haulers, freight handlers, and network offices to ensure competitive pricing and profitability Provide guidance to team members, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and vendors
