Customer Payment and Credit Services Intern

Compensation: zł5,400 - zł5,700 / month
Description
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their professional journey who wants to gain hands‑on experience in Collections and Order‑to‑Cash.
Role expectations
- Support daily collection activities for customers based in UK & Ireland
- Assist in following up on overdue invoices via email, phone, and internal tools
- Provide customers with requested documentation (invoices, statements, payment confirmations)
- Help identify and follow up on customer disputes, working with internal teams
What we're looking for
- Student or graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree in Finance is a strong asset, but not mandatory)
- First experience (internship, student job, or junior role) in Finance, AR, AP, Credit, or Collections is a plus
- Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken
- Good communication skills and willingness to interact with customers
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
- Good knowledge of Excel; basic knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is an advantage
