- Maintain strong product knowledge and clinical understanding of Invisalign, iTero, and digital workflows to provide expert guidance.
- Deliver training and education to customers on product features, clinical applications, and digital workflows to enhance adoption and proficiency.
- Drive conversations and collaboration with the ANZ iTero team to increase awareness, demonstrate value, and improve conversion rates.
- Communicate the commercial and clinical value of Align solutions to help practices achieve growth objectives.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous product and service improvements.
- Represent Align Technology at trade shows, clinical programs, and industry events to elevate brand presence and differentiation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, effective use of resources, and timely completion of all administrative requirements.
What we're looking for
- Experience: Proven track record in sales or account management, ideally within the medical device, dental, or healthcare industry.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals.
- Commercial acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver strong sales performance.
- Planning & execution: Highly organized with strong territory management, prioritization, and planning capabilities.
- Drive & results orientation: Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Negotiation skills: Effective influencing, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.

Complementary skills
- Experience within orthodontics, general dentistry, or medical devices highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Digitally proficient, with experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Understanding of digital workflows and technology adoption within clinical environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively within territory, including regional travel and occasional after-hours or weekend work for customer events.
