Jr. Business Intelligence Analyst

Description
Role expectations
- Develop basic dashboards, reports, and data visualizations aligned to OPEX and CS operational needs.
- Support data validation, cleansing, QA routines, and integrity checks across BI assets.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, JIRA ticket creation, and requirement gathering under Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Assist in the creation of PowerApps or lightweight automation tools to streamline CS processes.
- Provide data extracts, ad-hoc insights, and structured support for ongoing analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with analysts, trainers, and regional leaders to understand reporting requirements.
- Monitor BI tools for accuracy, performance, and user access needs.
- Maintain technical documentation for dashboards, queries, and solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects driven by KPI results, operational inputs, or OPEX priorities.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related field preferred.
- 0–1 year of BI, data analysis, analytics support, or technology-related experience.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional European languages are an advantage.
- Foundational SQL and basic Power BI/Tableau capabilities.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of PowerApps, O365 automation, and scripting (preferred).
- Ability to translate basic business needs into technical requirements.
- Understanding of KPIs, data structures, and dashboard logic.
- Collaboration skills in fast-paced, multi-market environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum rituals and requirement documentation.
- Data-related certifications (preferred).
- SCRUM Fundamentals or Agile basics (preferred).
- MS O365 package general/advance knowledge
