Description
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader, operationally disciplined, growth-minded, and capable of aligning sales execution with company objectives, culture, and client experience standards. This individual will work cross-functionally with marketing, solutions engineering, client success, operations, and executive leadership to accelerate revenue growth while maintaining In-Telecom’s commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive pipeline generation activities across net-new business, strategic accounts, and vertical expansion.
- Establish clear sales KPIs, activity expectations, and performance standards.
- Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility across all stages of the sales process.
- Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and expansion strategies.
- Support strategic initiatives around managed IT, cybersecurity, communications, AI readiness, cloud, and infrastructure solutions.
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing Account Executives and sales personnel.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and performance coaching.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, urgency, and continuous improvement.
- Develop career progression paths and talent development initiatives within the sales organization.
- Partner with leadership to improve onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs.
- Ensure adherence to company sales methodologies, CRM standards, and operational workflows.
- Improve sales efficiency through process optimization, reporting, and technology adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to strengthen lead flow and conversion rates.
- Partner with solutions engineering to improve technical discovery and solution alignment.
- Monitor win/loss trends and implement corrective strategies where necessary.
- Participate in strategic client meetings, executive presentations, and complex deal support.
- Build relationships with key clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Represent In-Telecom at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, especially within healthcare, manufacturing, dealership, and SMB markets.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 5–10+ years of sales leadership experience in technology, managed services, telecommunications, or related industries.
- Proven track record of leading teams that consistently achieve aggressive revenue growth targets.
- Experience managing pipeline forecasting, CRM accountability, and sales performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of MSP, cybersecurity, cloud, communications, and technology solution selling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as needed within assigned territories and company markets.
- Experience selling into SMB and mid-market organizations.
- Familiarity with healthcare, manufacturing, dealership, or multi-location business environments.
- Experience with consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
- Background working within fast-growth or acquisition-driven organizations.
