Initial experience in a similar supervisory or team leader position within the transportation and logistics sector, or in the aerospace or automotive industry.
Solid knowledge of national and international road freight transport.
Proficiency in regulations related to international trade between Morocco and Europe.
Knowledge of the specific requirements and constraints for transporting aerospace goods (security, packaging, lead times, documentation, etc.).
Familiarity with transport management software (TMS) and tracking systems; experience leading TMS implementation or optimization is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge and practical use of quality tools (8D, root cause analysis, action plans).
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and service levels.
Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to build trust, ensure responsiveness, and uphold contractual and operational commitments.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of drawing conclusions from data and proposing robust solutions.
Ability to write clear, structured reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead meetings, deliver presentations, and speak confidently in front of clients and management.
Ability to maintain a positive, solution‑oriented attitude and remain effective in a complex, fast‑moving environment.
Confirmed experience in team management (coordination, coaching, performance monitoring).
