Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers, proactively managing accounts to identify upsell, cross‑sell and retention opportunities
- Create and execute client sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Work closely with Customer Success to manage the full client lifecycle and increase both renewal value and volume
- Gather and relay client feedback to support product development and the successful launch of new products
- Accurately record sales activity and pipeline progression in CRM from opportunity creation through to close
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- A proven track record in sales, account management or business development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including confident client conversations
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- A commercial mindset, with a clear focus on outcomes and customer value
- A strong desire to exceed targets and consistently over‑perform
