Job Description

Smart Diesel, part of DKV Mobility, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager, based in Iași, who will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing an existing portfolio of B2B clients in the fleet and mobility sector, within the Moldova Region. Key Responsibilities: Market prospecting in the fuel and fleet services sector (domestic and international), identifying trends and development opportunities. Monitoring competition and reporting competitors’ actions and strategies. Identifying and acquiring new customers in line with the sales plan. Managing the existing customer portfolio and developing commercial relationships. Identifying customer needs and proposing tailored solutions to increase usage and loyalty. Preparing and presenting customized offers (routes, fueling solutions, price analyses, products and services). Implementing commercial conditions and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Growing the portfolio through cross-sell and up-sell activities and increasing customer profitability. Handling customer requests and complaints in collaboration with support departments (Customer Service, Credit Control, etc.). Conducting customer/prospect visits and preparing regular reports and analyses on activity and portfolio performance.
