Managing the quick registration process of fraud situations to obtain a resolution and communicating a response to the departments involved in direct client relations. Managing and organizing paperwork and documentation (promissory notes). Handling and verifying toll orders for all DKV products. Proficient in managing large volumes of data, including entering toll in DKV system or national toll systems. Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in Back-office dashboards. Managing the list of exchanged cards.
