(Senior) Legal Counsel (gn) full-time/ part-time (hybrid)

You act as a trusted legal advisor for our group companies and business units, with a focus on Sales, Energy, Toll and Purchasing. You support our Sales Units in the distribution of our products (including software) and in negotiating large-scale customer contracts. You review and negotiate procurement contracts. You develop legal frameworks and solutions for new business opportunities. You provide legal guidance on special projects with group-wide impact. You manage your workload independently and handle legal matters with a high level of ownership and accountability.
