Job Description

Providing administrative assistance to the project site team, ensuring the smooth running of various functions. 
Management of Onboarding and visitors 

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Onboarding of New Starters – to include use of WIMS system for vetting applications, collation of SQEP packs, booking inductions, booking building inductions, locker management, identifying / ordering tablets & accessories 
  • Management of timesheets, holiday requests, recording & reporting 
  • Management of visit requests – site booking, building booking, PPE issue 
  • Administrative support – including document formatting and non-technical review 
  • Management of PPE – issue, stock, ordering 
  • Booking meeting rooms (on & off-site) 
  • Delivery Management System bookings support 
  • Management of office supplies – stock, ordering 
  • Point of Contact for facilities management – desk space / storage / facilities issues 
  • Point of contact for IT issues
  • Project update communications
  • Assisting with internal audits

Show your expertise

  • Polite, clear and confident telephone manner and able to take messages that are accurate in their content 
  • Able to work on own initiative 
  • Have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met 
  • Proficient at Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
