Strong understanding of ERP and Finance business processes, such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, or related end‑to‑end process areas
Demonstrated ability to translate business and process requirements into clear product outcomes, backlogs, and delivery priorities
Hands‑on experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to shape feasible, value‑driven solutions
Familiarity with SAP‑based environments, including how digital products integrate with or support SAP‑centric ERP landscapes
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and how low‑code solutions are used to modernize ERP processes
Strong communication skills, with the ability to align business stakeholders and delivery teams around priorities, scope, and tradeoffs
