Job Description

Coordinate laboratory activities to ensure alignment with course objectives, support group work by providing guidance and resources to enhance student collaboration, assist in presenting slides and addressing questions from groups or individuals, and facilitate the connection between laboratory activities and lecture material to reinforce key concepts during each lab session. Coordinate weekly preparation meetings for instructional staff to ensure alignment with course objectives, instructional design strategies, and consistent delivery of content across multiple sections. Facilitate the creation and application of assessments, review grading practices to ensure alignment with educational objectives, and provide faculty support in refining grading systems and improving assessment efficiency. Contribute to lab set up and clean up, hold office hours, proctor lecture exams, proctor make-up assessments, and participate in the final grades meeting. Knowledge, Skills Abilities: Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team setting.
