Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across UK and EMEA, from role briefing to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, timelines and interview processes
- Source, screen and assess candidates using a variety of channels
- Coordinate interviews, feedback and offer processes efficiently and professionally
- Ensure an inclusive, consistent and positive candidate experience
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and local People teams across UK & EMEA
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status, challenges and regional market conditions • Support hiring managers with interview best practices and decision making
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Pinpoint)
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and local/regional requirements
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and regional ways of working
- Track recruitment activity and support reporting requirements • Collaborate with Senior Recruitment Partners on complex or senior roles
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives in UK & EMEA as needed
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
- Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience recruiting across UK and/or EMEA markets is a plus
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools
- Fluent in business English
