Senior Recruitment Partner UK & EMEA

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for senior, specialist and critical roles across UK and EMEA
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders in these regions, providing guidance on hiring strategies, role scoping and talent availability
- Challenge, influence and advise stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, inclusive and sustainable hiring decisions
- Own and manage complex recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
- Provide deep market intelligence for UK and EMEA, including talent mapping and competitor insights
- Proactively identify regional talent risks and opportunities and propose data‑driven solutions
- Ensure effective use of the ATS (Pinpoint), maintaining high standards of data accuracy
- Identify improvements to recruitment processes, tools and regional ways of working
- Mentor Recruiters and Junior Recruiters, supporting capability building across the team
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics across UK and EMEA (time to hire, pipeline health, diversity metrics, quality of hire)
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and People leadership based on regional data
- Support the execution of the global employer branding strategy across UK and EMEA, ensuring the employee value proposition is consistently applied across all recruitment touchpoints
- Build and manage strategic talent partnerships (e.g. universities, professional networks, industry groups)
- Represent the company externally when appropriate (events, panels, networking, talent initiatives) to increase brand visibility and talent pipeline strength
- Ensure a consistent, inclusive and compelling candidate experience aligned with our employer brand values
- Actively contribute to Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence initiatives, supporting the delivery of projects and priorities defined in the TA roadmap
- Collaborate with global TA peers on standardisation, best practices and process improvements across regions
- Pilot and support the implementation of new tools, processes and ways of working arising from CoE projects
- Share market insights and regional learnings (UK & EMEA) to inform global TA strategy and continuous improvement
- Act as a change ambassador, supporting adoption of new initiatives within the business
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Extensive experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role within a global, matrixed organisation
- Strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and delivering hiring for complex and business‑critical roles
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute inbound and outbound talent attraction strategies, including proactive sourcing, talent pipelining and campaign‑based hiring approaches
- Experience recruiting across UK and/or EMEA markets is a plus • Strong experience using ATS systems
- Fluent in business English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
