Job Description
As Customer Development Manager – Savory, you will be responsible for driving commercial success and sustainable growth within your customer portfolio. You will:

Lead commercial sales activities within the Savory and Dairy segments

Develop, expand, and manage relationships with both existing and new customers

Define plans, targets, and strategies for long-term growth together with your customers

Own pricing, contracts, and profitability for your customer portfolio

Drive the development and sales of the full Caldic product portfolio

Act as a trusted, consultative partner in customers’ product development processes
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, product management, R&D, and external partners

Support Nordic colleagues and contribute to regional market development

Stay ahead of market trends, insights, and customer needs.

This role involves regular travel within Finland and the Nordics, with approximately 120 customer meetings per year.
