Process Engineer

Main Responsibilities : Optimize ore treatment processes (grinding, flotation, leaching, etc.) to maximize metal recovery Participate in the design, management and continuous improvement of processing facilities Monitor performance indicators (yields, consumption, losses, etc.) and propose corrective action plans Supervise laboratory and pilot metallurgical tests, in collaboration with R D and production teams Contribute to the industrialization of new technologies or the adaptation of existing processes depending on the nature of the ore Ensure compliance with environmental standards and HSE guidelines at processing facilities Participate in training operational teams on processes and best practices General Skills : Solid command of metallurgical processes: separation, hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy In-depth knowledge of ore physical chemistry and process control instrumentation Ability to analyze and solve technical problems in an industrial context Good command of process simulation and modeling tools (e.g. SysCAD, METSIM, HSC Chemistry) Rigor, critical thinking, results orientation and sense of continuous improvement Ability to work in a team and interact with field, maintenance and engineering teams Sense of responsibility for safety and environmental performance Academic Background Experience : Engineering degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, metallurgy or equivalent, with at least 3 years' experience in mineral or material processing in an industrial environment. The position is based in Tinghir regions.
