As part of strengthening our integrated management system, we are recruiting a Quality System Certification Manager responsible for leading the quality approach across the entire mining site and ensuring compliance with international standards. Main responsibilities: Lead, deploy, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards; Coordinate and supervise internal and external audits; prepare and lead management reviews; Manage all certification processes and accreditation renewals in liaison with certification bodies; Oversee QMS documentation management: procedures, instructions, and quality records; Manage non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and quality dashboards (KPIs); Ensure regulatory and standards compliance monitoring applicable to the mining sector; Raise awareness, train, and support operational teams in quality culture and continuous improvement; Work closely with HSE, technical, and operations departments. Required skills: Strong command of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards and Integrated Management Systems (IMS/QHSE); Proficiency in quality tools: FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, PDCA, 5 Whys, process mapping; Solid experience in internal audits and certification processes; Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the mining and industrial sectors; Proficiency in quality management tools (DMS, CMMS); Strong rigor and methodical approach; Field-oriented mindset; Results-driven orientation; Leadership and influencing skills; Analytical thinking; Cross-functional communication skills; Profile education: Engineering degree in QHSE management, industrial engineering, or equivalent specialization; Minimum 5 years in a similar position, ideally in mining, construction, petrochemical, or heavy industry sectors. Position based in the southeastern region, requiring willingness for geographical mobility.
