Role Overview:
This role will support the Academic Operations team in building a strong pool of Math teachers (for students aged 3–12 years).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Academic Ops team to define hiring needs and criteria for Math teachers.
  • Screen applications and shortlist
  • Schedule and coordinate interview rounds (subject knowledge, demo classes, HR).
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and track hiring metrics (e.g., turnaround time, offer acceptance rate).
  • Conduct reference checks and manage onboarding documentation.
  • Collaborate with Training Ops to align hiring with training needs.
  • Ensure hiring quality by assessing familiarity with early childhood education, pedagogy, and math teaching approaches.
  • Maintain compliance with academic standards and organizational goals.

Requirements for this Role:

  1. Bachelor’s degree (Math Education/Business preferred).
  2. 1–3 years of experience in teaching young children (3-12 years old).
  3. Experience in teacher recruitment is a plus.
  4. Familiarity with early childhood education and math pedagogy (preferred).
  5. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  6. Good communication and stakeholder management.
  7. Familiarity with teacher hiring processes (preferred).
  8. Ability to handle multiple hiring drives simultaneously.
