Job Description

• Deliver teacher training, onboarding, and refresher programs
• Coach and mentor teachers to improve classroom performance
• Evaluate training effectiveness and teacher performance
• Develop and update training materials
• Support academic quality improvement initiatives across centers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of teaching experience; experience in teacher training or academic leadership is a plus
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, classroom management, and student engagement, with the ability to coach and mentor teachers
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Analytical, proactive, adaptable, and experienced in developing training materials/curriculum is a plus
