The Vendor Management role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing service vendors including Cleaning Service, Valet, Security, and Pest Control. This role involves sourcing and onboarding new vendors, managing relationships with existing vendors, conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure service quality and compliance, and leading commercial negotiations to achieve cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Job Descriptions:
