Your Day-to-Day
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities and ensure timely salary disbursement
- Review payroll accuracy including attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, BPJS, and PPh21 calculations
- Monitor payroll data, reports, and supporting documents to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders regarding payroll operations and issue resolution
- Support payroll process improvement and standardization initiatives across entities
- Assist in HRIS implementation activities including payroll setup, data migration, UAT/testing, validation, and reconciliation
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll operations or payroll administration
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, BPJS, and PPh21 regulations
- Experience handling payroll for multi-entity or high-volume organizations is preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll system implementation is a strong advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
