Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries from parents regarding class schedules, program information, and membership status
- Provide responsive and professional customer service across phone and WhatsApp channels
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant SAR or center team
- Log and track all inbound interactions for reporting purposes
Requirements:
- Min. D3/S1 in any field
- 2+ years experience in customer service or telesales
- Strong communication skills, patient, and service-oriented
- Familiar with WhatsApp Business and basic CRM tools
