The Social Media Admin Intern will support daily social media operations by managing content uploads, responding to audience interactions, and helping maintain consistent brand communication across platforms. This role also involves coordinating with the content team, monitoring engagement, and supporting online campaigns and community activities.
Job Description:
1. Upload and schedule daily content across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
2. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries with a friendly and professional tone that reflects brand personality.
3. Coordinate with the content & marketing team to ensure timely posting and consistent messaging.
4. Monitor engagement and community activity.
5. Track and update simple content performance (reach, engagement, saves, comments).
6. Help manage online campaigns, giveaways, and promo announcements.
7. Maintain brand consistency and ensure visuals and captions follow approved guidelines.
Requrements:
1. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in communication.
2. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
3. Excellent written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
4. Responsive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Friendly and patient — especially when engaging with audience.
6. Basic knowledge of Canva or social media tools (Meta Business Suite, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
7. Prior experience in social media or customer service is an advantage.
