As a Social Media Specialist Intern, you will be involved in the planning, production, and execution of impactful digital content strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement across multiple social media platforms. The role mainly focuses on content planning, content research, audience engagement, and content execution.

Job Description

• Identify trends and insights across multiple social media platforms and develop relevant content ideas aligned with the company’s brand image
• Create engaging and valuable content across various platforms to educate, engage, and build relationships with audiences
• Strategically manage audience interactions, develop engagement strategies, and respond to feedback thoughtfully
• Support content creation processes by participating in short videos, reels, photoshoots, or other digital content production activities as on-screen talent when needed
• Collaborate with the team in executing content calendars, campaign timelines, and social media initiatives

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Communication, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Journalism, Digital Business, or related fields
• Passionate about social media and content creation, especially on Instagram and TikTok
• Familiar with social media trends, audience behavior, and digital content culture
• Creative, adaptable, tech-savvy, and able to work collaboratively within a team
• Confident, expressive, open to feedback, and proactive in communication
• Well-organized and comfortable managing content timelines and campaign executions
