Job Description
Qualifications Diploma in Mechatronics or a related technical field Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance within the automotive industry Proven experience in supplier complaints management, including regular communication and follow-up with suppliers Strong background in inspection planning and incoming quality control processes Good knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and its application within Supplier Quality Assurance Good proficiency in English (written and spoken) Strong organizational skills, with a high level of discipline and attention to detail Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams Responsibilities Ensure the quality of components, in compliance with company and customer requirements Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of SQA procedures and working guidelines Manage cost recovery processes, including cost collectors and supplier debiting Oversee blocked stock areas and ensure proper handling and disposition of non-conforming materials Verify and manage material certificates to ensure compliance with specifications Coordinate and monitor performance of third-party sorting service providers Review and approve deviation permits in alignment with relevant MQ departments Verify the proper execution of incoming control and inspection activities when required Enforce quality standards by stopping production in case of detected defects or operational anomalies, ensuring immediate containment and corrective actions are initiated
