Qualifications Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance within the automotive industry Proven experience in cross-company complaints management, including regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders Strong background in inspection planning and incoming quality control processes Good knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and its application within Supplier Quality Assurance Good proficiency in English (written and spoken) Strong organizational skills with a high level of discipline and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizations Responsibilities Ensure the quality performance of components supplied by Marquardt cross-companies Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of SQA procedures and working guidelines Organize and lead problem-solving activities, ensuring root cause analysis and effective implementation of corrective actions Manage cost recovery processes, including cost collectors and cross-company debiting Oversee blocked stock areas and ensure proper handling of non-conforming materials Define and manage inspection planning and incoming inspection processes Review and approve deviation permits in alignment with relevant MQ departments Enforce quality standards by stopping production in case of major defects or operational anomalies, initiating immediate containment and corrective actions Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all involved companies and stakeholders
