Contract Drafting, Negotiation & Vetting
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of contracts across the renewable IPP lifecycle, including EPC, O&M, BoP, BESS, WTG/Module Supply Agreements, LTSAs, BOO arrangements, and framework contracts.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial & revenue contracts such as PPAs (Utility, C&I, Third Party, International), Offtake Agreements (including environmental/green attributes), and Sales & Purchase Agreements.
• Review RFQ/RFP/tender documents to identify contractual, commercial, and compliance risks; support bid submission workflows.
• Review and negotiate debt financing–related documents, including Loan agreements, debenture bonds, security documents, and related financing contracts.
• Work closely with internal teams — including project development, procurement, technical, finance, risk management, business development, compliance, and senior management — across project lifecycle phases.
• Provide strategic leadership to the contracts team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance while guiding and mentoring team members to deliver excellence across all contracting workflows.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent);
• 8–12 years of experience in contract management, EPC/O&M contracting, renewable IPP contracting, and/or project development.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy project lifecycle and risk allocation frameworks.
