Start Date: July 1, 2027
Salary: $122,179-$182,853 Depending on qualifications and experience.

DESCRIPTION:
The Director of Prevention & Safety works under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Student and Staff Wellness. The director is responsible for responding to and supporting students' academic, social, emotional, physical, mental, and behavioral needs. Stewardship will include multi-tiered learning and support in the following areas: prevention, behavior/bullying, comprehensive health, 504s, attendance, case management, school safety/SROs, threat assessments, reintegration plans, and grant writing. The director will coordinate and collaborate with other departments to engage in an integrated approach to help students and staff thrive.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Credentials
Appropriate administrator license authorizing service as an administrator/supervisor
Education and experience
1. Master's degree required
2. Previous Alpine School District administrator experience and/or experience in district-level student services is preferred.
