Position Purpose
The Coordinator of CCMR and Strategic Initiatives Data Analytics and Reporting leads the development, analysis, and real-time application of data systems that drive progress toward college, career, and military readiness (CCMR) outcomes and other district strategic initiatives aligned to district pillars and priorities. This role ensures that CCMR indicators, accountability metrics, and strategic initiative data are accurate, timely, and delivered in actionable formats that enable immediate student-level and campus-level decision-making. In close partnership with School Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, and Counseling, Advising, and Student Supports, the Coordinator ensures that data is actively used to drive student retention, pathway completion, and success on rigorous Outcomes-Based Funding (OBF) indicators�while also monitoring and advancing progress on key district initiatives that accelerate student achievement and long-term social and economic mobility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Works in close partnership with the CCMR and Advanced Academics departments to align data systems, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure students successfully access, persist in, and complete rigorous CCMR pathways.
- Develops, maintains, and continuously improves districtwide CCMR data systems, including TSIA2, SAT/ACT, industry-based certifications (IBCs), dual credit, and other readiness indicators, ensuring alignment to A�F accountability and Outcomes-Based Funding priorities.
- Designs and delivers real-time, responsive dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear, student-level visibility into progress, risk, and completion of CCMR indicators and strategic initiative benchmarks.
- Ensures all data is accurate, validated, and aligned to one-time entry principles, working closely with Technology and data systems teams to maintain integrity across platforms.
- Produces timely, high-quality reports and analyses for executive leadership, School Leadership, and the Board of Trustees, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment to district priorities.
- Translates complex data into clear, actionable formats that enable campuses to take immediate steps to improve student retention, pathway completion, and attainment of rigorous CCMR indicators.
- Monitors student-level and cohort-based progress toward CCMR outcomes, ensuring campuses have clear visibility into which students are on track, off track, or at risk, and where intervention is required.
- Partners with School Leadership and Counseling, Advising, and Student Supports to ensure CCMR and strategic initiative data is actively used to drive student-level decisions, including course placement, pathway alignment, intervention, and completion tracking.
- Develops tools, protocols, and reporting structures that enable campuses to take timely and effective action based on data, ensuring alignment between data insights and instructional and student support decisions.
- Leads analytics and performance monitoring for assigned district strategic initiatives aligned to district pillars and priorities, ensuring clear visibility into implementation progress, fidelity, and impact on student outcomes.
- Establishes and maintains performance scorecards and monitoring systems for strategic initiatives, ensuring consistent tracking and continuous improvement across departments and campuses.
- Conducts trend analyses and root cause analyses to identify gaps in CCMR outcomes and strategic initiative implementation, and provides data-driven recommendations to strengthen execution and results.
- Collaborates across Curriculum & Instruction, School Leadership, Counseling, Advising, and Student Supports, Technology, and Talent Management to ensure alignment of data systems, priorities, and execution.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and district requirements related to CCMR, accountability, and strategic initiative reporting.
- Leads continuous improvement of data systems and reporting processes to ensure information is timely, responsive, and directly connected to improving student outcomes and long-term social and economic mobility.
- Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling and availability, including extended or adjusted work hours during critical reporting cycles, accountability windows, and high-priority strategic initiatives, to ensure timely and high-quality execution of responsibilities.
Safety
- Performs preventive maintenance on tools and equipment and ensures equipment is in safe operating condition.
- Follows established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting and climbing; operates tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of CCMR indicators, including TSIA2, SAT/ACT, dual credit, and industry-based certifications (IBCs), and their role in A�F accountability systems and rigorous Outcomes-Based Funding metrics.
- Knowledge of secondary school systems, including course pathways, advanced academics, and structures that support student progression toward postsecondary readiness and success.
- Knowledge of district strategic priorities and pillars, and the ability to align data systems and performance monitoring to measure progress and impact.
- Knowledge of data systems, data architecture, and best practices in data governance, including ensuring accuracy, validation, and one-time entry across platforms.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring frameworks, including cohort tracking, leading indicators, and predictive analytics to identify students at risk of not meeting CCMR outcomes.
- Skill in analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, gaps, and root causes, and translating findings into clear, actionable strategies that improve student outcomes.
- Skill in designing and developing real-time, responsive dashboards and reporting systems that provide actionable, student-level insights and enable immediate decision-making.
- Skill in presenting complex data in clear, concise, and actionable formats tailored to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, School Leadership, and campus-based staff.
- Skill in developing performance scorecards and monitoring tools that track progress on CCMR outcomes and strategic initiatives aligned to district priorities.

Travel Requirements
Travels to school district buildings and professional meetings as required.

Required Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in Education, Data Analytics, Public Policy, Business, or a related field required.
- Advanced graduate degree in a relevant field preferred
- Certification/License:
- Valid Texas teaching certificate in literacy or math preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in data analytics, accountability, CCMR, or a related field; experience in a K�12 school district or similarly complex organization preferred.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and data analysis skills required, including experience working with large data sets, developing queries, and using data visualization and analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
- Experience developing, managing, or utilizing dashboards, data systems, or reporting tools to provide actionable insights required.
- Demonstrated and verifiable experience using data to drive decision-making and improve outcomes at the campus, district, or system level preferred. o Experience working with or supporting state accountability systems, CCMR indicators, or performance monitoring frameworks preferred.
- Experience collaborating across departments successfully and working through indirect authority to drive implementation and results preferred.
