5.5 Hour Cook - 2 Positions Available

Oregon School District is looking for two part-time food service workers (5.5 hours per day) to begin with the 2026-27 school year (August 10, 2026). The position is 5.5-hours per day during student attendance days with a starting salary based on the OESPA Contract (found at the contract link on this webpage). The schedule for these positions is currently 8:00 am to 1:30 pm, but may be subject to change. The positions may be at either the elementary school or the junior-senior high school, depending on current staff needs. 

Position Qualifications:

• Kitchen experience (preferred - not required)
• Ability to work cooperatively
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to move at a fast pace consistent with a school kitchen environment
