Attendance Dean

Position Overview:

The Attendance Dean is to serve the needs of the school as directed by the Principal through effective instructional and restorative practice, along with positive behavior support. 
 
The goal of every school is to increase student achievement and student attendance for students that fall below the standard. The Attendance Dean will be providing services to achieve that goal for all students.

The Attendance Dean should be prepared to effectively deliver services and increase student outcomes through interactions with students, teachers, staff, families, and administration. The Attendance Dean will need to have the necessary skills to run reports, track student information and create systems to address concern areas, along with celebrating growth or improved areas dealing with student attendance and student management. 

The Attendance Dean will be required to be flexible with their daily schedule, able to meet the expectations associated with an active job, be able to be a key part to our safety and security team and be able to work collaboratively to achieve goals. Other duties as assigned.
