Administrative Assistant Testing

Southgate Community School District will be conducting one more Virtual Administrative Assistant Testing date for individuals interested in applying for Administrative Assistant positions (substitute or permanent). If you could not make our testing that we are holding 5/14, now is your chance to schedule a testing with us that will take place 5/20/26. If you have passed testing with the district in the last three years, you will NOT be required to test again, but you must have passed all portions. You are welcome to re-test now if you are not sure or wish to better your scores. 

With any open Administrative Assistant position for district hire, previous Administrative Assistant experience is required. Please complete application and include a copy of your resume.

This posting expires on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 12:00 noon. Testing will be held VIRTUALLY on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 8:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Testing may take up to two hours. This is our last planned testing date. 

YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT IF YOU ARE SELECTED FOR TESTING.
