Job Description

SEB Life and Pension Baltic is one of the leading life insurance and long‑term savings service providers in the Baltic region. We operate through life insurance and investment management companies across all three Baltic countries. Our Baltic team of dedicated professionals strives to deliver modern solutions, seamless customer experiences, and world‑class service for our customers.

Are you a communication professional who takes full ownership, thinks digitally, and can turn complex topics into powerful stories – on stage, online, and across key internal and external channels?

We are looking for a Communication and Digital Content Manager in Lithuania. This is a senior individual contributor role with full ownership in Lithuania (no direct people management) and end-to-end responsibility for high-impact communication initiatives across billboards, media, digital channels and events in collaboration with agency/external and internal stakeholders.

You’ll be part of the Baltic Communication team and a trusted partner to local business leaders – owning content, projects, budget, and the digital presence for pensions and risk insurance.

Why you should join?

  • Turn ideas into reality: Own communication, events and digital content from concept to delivery and see the impact of your work
  • A Baltic setup that moves: Work with supportive stakeholders and partners in an environment where ambitious ideas, quick decisions and visible results are the norm
  • Meaningful impact in Lithuania: Help make pensions and life insurance clear and relevant, shaping how people think about their financial future

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Lead communication initiatives end-to-end: set direction, plan and deliver projects aligned with business priorities, managing timelines and budget
  • Own event communication and storytelling: craft key messages, narratives, presentations, scripts and supporting materials for customer and internal events, conferences and external forums
  • Drive social and digital content: plan and create platform-native content that builds engagement and consistency across social channels, aligned with brand and business goals
  • Partner with stakeholders with confidence: present, influence and align leaders and partners on priorities, formats and execution – balancing long-term objectives with fast-moving needs
  • Lead internal communication and corporate relations in Lithuania: ensure clear messaging, alignment and strong local presence
  • Measure and improve: track performance, analyse impact and continuously optimise content and communication effectiveness

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience: 3+ years in communications / digital content / marketing / PR (or a portfolio that clearly shows senior-level ownership and outcomes)
  • Ownership: comfortable owning end-to-end communication initiatives – from strategy and planning to execution and measurement
  • Event storytelling: proven experience creating content for events (key messages, narratives, presentations, scripts, speaker support)
  • Social-first mindset: understands audiences, formats, cadence and engagement. Can translate business topics into platform-native content
  • Influence & communication skills: strong presenter with the ability to align, negotiate and move stakeholders toward decisions
  • Project & stakeholder management: organised, proactive, able to prioritise across multiple streams and collaborate across functions/levels
  • Language: advanced Lithuanian (written and spoken) and fluent English
  • Nice to have: experience in pensions / insurance / banking / financial services

What we offer:

  • Meaningful, challenging work in a highly skilled international team
  • Supportive, inclusive culture with modern, ergonomic workspaces and dedicated relaxation areas
  • Strong learning culture with unlimited access to SEB Campus for continuous development
  • Extra vacation days and exclusive benefits on SEB banking products
  • Health insurance and wellbeing support, including mental health initiatives
  • Hybrid working model: at least 3 days per week in the office
€3,350 - €5,050 a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
