Position: Educational Assistant 
Assignment: Montgomery County ESC Learning Center North (Grades 7-12)
Duty Days: Varies depening on start date
Salary: $20.11 - $25.88/ hour
Hrs. per day: 7
Beginning Date: 8/1/2026

What You'll Do:

• Support teachers and students in classrooms and small groups
• Assist with instruction, behavior support, and daily living needs
• Help students build independence, social skills, and confidence
• Be a valued member of a collaborative educational team

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Ohio educational aide permit/license (or ability to obtain)
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• CPI training (provided)
• Ability to work with students with diverse needs
