Job Description
- Actively participate in kitchen and food service training programs as directed.
- Gain exposure to menu preparation, recipe execution, food safety standards, inventory management, and service operations.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily operations including prep work, cooking, plating, and presentation.
- Learn and adhere to food handling and sanitation guidelines.
- Contribute to team success by supporting front-of-house food and beverage service as needed.

- In limited cases where housing may be available, should be comfortable living with a roommate in employee-designated housing.
- High school graduate.
- Pursuing a career in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum two years of relevant education in a culinary or hospitality degree program.
