Senior Reporting & Advanced Analytics Analyst

About this Position The position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the Market Data Solutions Process specifically handling the operation of Senior Reporting Advanced Data Analyst. What you´ll do Execute and Lead market, client, and customer reporting, and perform data analysis across key business areas such as market share, brand performance, sales effectiveness, promotions, and pricing. Perform data extraction, processing, and transformation to support reporting and analytics solutions using Excel, VBA, Power Query, KNIME, and Python, sourcing data from multiple systems while ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency. Design and build data models following best-practice methodologies (e.g., Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) with strong structuring, scalability, and best practice governance. Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot sophisticated Power BI dashboards using complex DAX, advanced modeling, incremental refresh, and optimized performance for large/ complex datasets. Ensure data reliability through rigorous preprocessing, validation, and quality checks. Drive reporting automation, process optimization, and system enhancement initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation. Mentor and support team members by sharing technical knowledge, best practices, and analytical methodologies. Support the team in building, optimizing, and troubleshooting Power BI reports and dashboards, including handling large and complex datasets.
