This is how: What you´ll do Responsible for leading, managing and supervising all operations and processes within the maintenance department Organizing preventive and corrective maintenance implementation plans and performing process equipment inspections Developing plans for optimizing/improving production process costs and spare parts in the factory Responsible for up-to-date management of the electronic maintenance program and employee training Monitoring costs and managing the maintenance budget in agreement with the immediate manager Developing technical documentation for spare parts (technical requirements, workshop drawings, electrical diagrams, etc.) Developing preventive maintenance plans and being responsible for their implementation Other tasks
