About this Position The E-Content Specialist will be responsible for optimizing the region’s digital and operational presence, providing technical support to users in creating purchase orders (IMS PO), and efficiently managing requests through ServiceNow and various corporate tools. This role is key to regional integration, serving as a liaison with high-level stakeholders in Latin America to monitor strategic projects and implement cross-functional solutions. What you´ll do Support to users with IMS PO creation. Communication with high level stakeholders for request follow up in LATAM. Submit tickets in ServiceNow and other Henkel tools. Support in diverse projects implementation across LATAM. Steer continuous improvement initiatives for leaner processes. Open to learn activities related to digital topics such as AI and Power Apps.
