About this Position Join our Global Business Controlling team as Manager Financial Planning (d/f/m) and gain exceptional exposure across our Henkel Adhesives Finance Organization. Partner with global stakeholders, our Commercial Financial Directors of each business unit as well as our Financial Director for Adhesive Technologies – shaping decisions that directly influence Henkel’s business performance. What you´ll do Lead the short‑term long-term planning process, including assessments of financial ambitions and the resulting strategic target setting Deliver high‑impact financial recommendations through insightful simulations and in‑depth analyses Elevate our financial planning landscape by driving digital controlling innovations, harnessing financial models, big data, and establishing global financial standards Play a key role in financial communication, top‑management meeting preparation, and the financial integration of acquisitions All the above make this position a great place to thrive in an international environment with extensive opportunities for personal and professional growth
