What you´ll do Help transform the ACM general manufacturing and maintenance adhesive NA business by joining a revenue generating Inside Sales team focused on leveraging data driven customer insights and accelerating digital demand generation. Drive sales growth opportunities with assigned customers, distributors, and sales region. Maintain, develop existing customer base, and acquire new customers aligned with regional go-to-market strategy. Build, maintain, and continuously enhance reporting dashboards for the NAMEX Inside Sales Team to increase visibility into pipeline health, customer engagement, and revenue performance. Analyze reporting outputs to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights that enable data driven decision making and support strategic initiatives to drive the business forward. Proactively build, maintain, and grow assigned customer and distributor relationships through sales prospecting campaigns. Manage marketing qualified leads for assigned customers, distributors, and further qualify field sales leads for Territory Sales Engineer hand-off. Collaborate with Technical Information Services, Field Sales, Marketing, and Channel Management teams to support regional business development programs and campaigns.
