About this Position The Planning Inventory Performance Manager Adhesive EU defines and drives the European inventory strategy across 9 Sub-BUs, balancing service level and cost to serve. The role leads inventory excellence through governance, KPIs, and performance management in line with Global Supply Chain best practices, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across the Adhesive Operations Europe (AOE) organization. What you´ll do Inventory Strategy Performance Own and implement end-to-end inventory strategy across AOE domains Define, cascade and monitor inventory KPIs aligned with regional and global standards Analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities Drive inventory governance through structured review cadence, dashboards, and reporting Partner with functional leaders, SBUs, and Process Systems teams to optimize processes and systems Support decision-making with clear insights and recommendations Leadership Collaboration Facilitate the EU Inventory Steering Committee chaired by AOE Head Represent Europe in the Global Inventory Community of Practice Lead cross-functional and cross-regional alignment with GSC and SBUs Coordinate planning network heads and project teams to ensure execution of initiatives
