What you´ll do Lead development of innovative hair care products with minimal supervision, serving as a technical expert for assigned brands Drive end-to-end product development from concept through commercialization in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain. Apply latest formulation technologies, raw materials, and testing methods to improve product performance and speed to market Present technical data and project updates; support regulatory, claims, and patent activities through robust documentation Provide manufacturing and quality support, including trials and analytical testing Mentor junior scientists and promote modern, efficient ways of working Leverage digital tools, data systems, and predictive approaches to improve formulation efficiency and reduce development cycles
